Menno Pasveer (Born in Schiedam - 1998) is a Dutch painter who graduated from the Royal Academy of Art in 2022, The Hague | KABK.

Pasveer’s work is about the beauty of the everyday. His graduation series 'An Ode to the Floor Cleaning Industry' (2022) focuses on physical labor and the machine. The same applied to the subsequent series 'An Ode to felling trees' (2023). The viewer is immersed in scenes of chainsaws, flying wood chips, jerrycans and craftsmen diligently working high up in trees. In addition to the subject matter, he investigates the formal qualities of painting: differences in touch, energy, composition, size, and technique.
